Calendar for Studio Management
Studio Suite makes resource management easy with the calendar module! With this highly flexible and intuitive module, you can quickly create groups, add tasks, schedule, and more with just a few clicks.
This module was designed to help keep your workflow moving to help you use your time more effectively.
- In the Calendar Module, you can:
- Navigate your calendars, and book Projects and simple events in monthly, weekly, or daily views
- Create and edit items
- View options include daily notes, tasks, resources, projects, and employee schedules
- Change or edit auto-fill times
- Choose and configure presets
- Customize the color and meanings for event statuses
- SS 13 also features Improvements to the speed, responsiveness, and ease of use.
Another very useful feature within this module is the automatic notification feature. If you were to assign a teammate a task or schedule them on a project, the system will automatically email them an alert.
