Budgeting and Invoicing


No project management software would be complete without considering the financial side of things. Studio Suite’s Projects, Rates, and Invoices modules work cooperatively to help keep your money organized.

In the Projects module you can track all of a project’s critical financial information:

  • Budgeting (bid/quote)
  • Actual charges and expenses
  • Budget vs. actual reporting
  • Profit and loss per project and per line item

Rates (how much is charged for and individual resource, item or service) are created and held in the Rates module. They can also be created and edited in the RoomsEquipmentContacts, or Media Inventory modules. Rates module functionality includes:

  • Rate Creation

  • Percent Tax and Percent Discount Rates
  • Detailed Rate record reporting

The Invoices module is the final destination for the financial data of a project. Make detailed invoices with a simple click, and then print or email them directly from Studio Suite, or transfer them to QuickBooks®, MYOB, or AccountEdge.
