Cause: The 360Works FTPeek plugin needs to be updated.

Solution: Download a zipped version of the plugin here. Once downloaded, open the zip file and extract the version of the plugin that matches your operating system.

Windows XP Users: Extract 360Works_FTPeek.fmx from the WIN folder to \Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\Application Data\FileMaker\Extensions on your system's Windows installation drive.

Windows Vista/7 Users: Extract 360Works_FTPeek.fmx from the WIN folder to the \Users\{username}\AppData\Local\FileMaker\Extentions\ folder on your system's Windows installation drive.

Mac Users: Extract the 360Works_FTPeek.fmplugin package to the Extensions subfolder of whatever version of FileMaker you use for Studio Suite. For example: Applications/FileMaker Pro 10/Extensions.

All Users: Generally speaking you should update this plugin in all locations it is used, unless there is another FileMaker solution that requires an older version of FTPeek.
