Registration number for bundled FileMaker does not seem to work.

Find the yellow piece of paper wrapped around the FileMaker CD/s.

* On the FileMaker installation/registration screen:

  1. For User, enter  your name in the field.
  2. For Organization, enter ALTERMEDIA, INC.

* Be sure to include the comma and the period (no quotes).

* The License key for the FileMaker Software is on your Invoice.


Please double-check your spelling and punctuation before calling.
